ASICS and professional NFL Wide Receiver, Stefon Diggs, come together again to create their own design on the GEL-DS TRAINER™ 14. Inspired by Stefon's childhood memories of when he would receive a pair of shoes from his mother to last an entire school year, keeping his mother in mind of her reminding him that those shoes are his "play" shoes, representing a piece of Diggs' childhood, friends and family. Built with a asymmetrical design that features a breathable mesh upper, complemented by metallic silver overlays for a clean look. Lightweight and performance-driven, the updated tooling includes rearfoot GEL® technology for impact absorption, while the TRUSSTIC® support system enhances stability without added bulk. The shoe being designed by Diggs, a signature element is his mother's handwriting on the woven tongue labels, stating "These are your play shoes", being a reminder that shoes are made for movement and memories.
